How can I order?

The good news is; You can order 24/7 on our website.
You can find the products via our search or via the website navigation. Did you find the product you were looking for?
Then click on "Buy product" and the product is already in your shopping cart. Now you can continue shopping and add more products to the shopping cart.

To complete your order, click on the shopping cart icon. In order to be able to buy the products directly from the Probio webshop, you only have to tick the terms and conditions in the shopping cart and click on "Checkout".

After you have entered your order data in the checkout, you can select the desired payment method and check your data again. You can also create a customer account here for your next orders.

After you have sent the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will then be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or even cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number to customer@probio.one or call us toll-free within Germany on 0800-8070100780

Where is my package?

If you have placed an order with us, it takes between 1-3 days until it is ready for dispatch and is handed over to the delivery service.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number with which you can track your package. This shows you the current status of your delivery and where your package is at the moment.
